how can we not use it on our computer? if we have to download and extract? if i understand correctly this is a virus you want to share with people? if so y do u want us to get infected?

Asking for a virus scan is a bit of nonsense right? =P

You have provided NO information regarding the contents of whatever it is you are sharing.
