potential pedo evidence help

hello

is there any1 good at gathering evidence of criminals? there is a guy in Aberystwyth called [redacted] and he is known to threaten people with his friends and not when he is alone. me and my friends have also seen him a lot near the park where children play. it is out of the way there so i dont think he is waiting for friends and he asked my friends (13 yo) sister if she wanted to do cocaine with him. he is 23 i think

There Is a lot of Information that can be gathered via publicly-available sources, thus Is (obviously) legit.

Using OSINT wisely and systematically, "will" provide results.

Why they said that. If you catch him in the act doing it or take video right. Then the cops will do something about it.

It depends what the photos entail- If he's simply walking In the park, evidently It will not suffice.

What did the photos contain?
