phpMyAdmin User Database and Login - Help 03-16-2013, 06:03 AM

Hey guys, just a question, because I seem to be stuck on this and no tutorials really explain this in depth.
I have a login form that I want to use. All it consists of is a username and password. There is no registering. All accounts will be created by me on my site in the MySql Database.
Now, I have a table in my phpMyAdmin with 2 columns:
username
password
Now, how do I integrate all of this so that when I use my login form, it will refer to my users that are listed in the MySQL database. (Don't know if I said that right, but in simpler terms, let people login to the account I created for them, on this login page)?
Thanks if you guys can help,
-Kevin
