Obfuscation applied to static strings and code obfuscators are completely different. To do this with code, you're going to want to do a lot more than just changing the names of things, you want to make the actual assembly code unreadable. Start pulling instructions off of the stack, then have it so you do some math operation to each instruction in a series that you want to execute.
