need help port-forwarding with 3G conection

hi every body
my question if very simple,
i have a 3G connection from ISP orange Tunisia. i m connected with a huawei E1752. the problem is i cant open a TCP port in it for RAT tools,
i find some vpn tools that can open port (frozenway), but, it's payed!
here come my second problem, in Tunisia we CANNOT buy online! the government dont allow that in any way (only for the very rich peoples).
so please, if there is any way to use RAT without port-forwarding or if the a FREE VPN with port-forwarding please help me!

Ok first of all We have the same internet, same type of modem.

You need a router in order to use a RAT, we don't have access to the one we use by default (its not inside the usb stick Biggrin

)

You also need to port forward, you can do that free here and it hides your IP at the same time so no need to use a vpn Smile

For freedom to buy things that simple, open a bitcoin wallet and buy with bitcoins.

, but Frozenway propose to open port but i should pay, any way about buying online , our government dont stop it just online, but our credit card are available only in Tunisia so no paying online, if it was just a web problem, it will be fixed, but its a bank system problem. but i seen some tprorat tuto where the guy can use it without port

I already gave solutions to all of your problems.

You have to buy your own router to have control over your ports.

Sounds like you didn't research anything I said. Bitcoin is a good solution to have freedom to buy things especially in countries where they don't want you to have that freedom, Because they have no control over bitcoin they can do nothing about it.

It's an online currency and its totally unrelated to the banking system with other currencies.

The method you are trying to do won't give 100% success rather Antivirus will detect and block you page. The host might not even support uploading custom .cgi scripts on free host as a part of Security procedures and one more thing that ProRat is a very old RAT and it easily gets detected. You should make a Crypter yourself and FUD the server of another RAT like Cybergate (The best I think ). After you have the FUD server, there are numerous methods not to mention easy ones to spread your server.
