mybb isnt installing 02-21-2013, 04:42 PM

After i extract the mybb files i put then in filezilla then after the transferring has finished i got to my site and it comes up with a error, im useing windows x, any help guys?
My Faviroute users are blue and rain.

It came up with that exact same errot.
