I'd call the police and order a new card. It's pretty easy to narrow down who the driver was who delivered your food and also spammed your emails. You would probably be able to get some retribution from it at the very least.

Interesting update: This actually affected me more than I thought it would. They were supposed to send me a new card to the closest branch and it never arrived. They then made me wait a long time to investigate this... as if I was lying about a branch not receiving my new credit card. Mind you, this is my miles card that I frequently used so it was bs. I just got the replacement (a new order shipped out) not too long ago. On the plus side, I was pre-approved for an increase... but it was an inconvenience.
