once u code in any compiler and test u r program thn how it can be used in the operating system,that is how to use the program u created to your system and impliment it

If you are a windows user then you must have an exe of your program. Then thee you have your own program. If you are a Linux user the you can create you own debian package or rpm package. May I know what programming language are you using. Then it would be better for us to give you better answers.

what makes good programer and also how a biginer can learn it and grow in makin his own softwares,and thre is 1 question that the programers are shud be good in maths is that necessary

Like in maths, you must think logically. But if you're good at maths, you'll probably be good at programming.
Although it is not set in the stone.

Being good in maths doesn't mean that one will be good at programming if he or she doesn't knows how to apply them. By the way it is necessary to know atleast high school math.

For example when you solve project euler problems you will understand that applying the correct math in the correct program is quite tricky or maybe its better to say that its confusing. Maybe instead of getting it optimized that math may cause performance issues so both are equally important applying math and applying math with logic (Just as you said earlier)
