If you are a windows user then you must have an exe of your program. Then thee you have your own program. If you are a Linux user the you can create you own debian package or rpm package. May I know what programming language are you using. Then it would be better for us to give you better answers.

That is not necessary. Thinking logically is the most important thing.
Like in maths, you must think logically. But if you're good at maths, you'll probably be good at programming.
Although it is not set in the stone.
Being good in maths doesn't mean that one will be good at programming if he or she doesn't knows how to apply them. By the way it is necessary to know atleast high school math.
