its was the first time in my live I have seen a website like hotmail asking for password and credit card number
I was trying to recover the password as you see the address is correct its not a fake page how ?

I don't think so. It has the SSL protection etc. I think they are asking this because it is personal info and it isn't easy to geuss or search.

but the website never ask for password this is strange and what is need of credit card information for a free account ?

It is probably there to check if you are the owner, because (if you told it to nobody) you are the only one who knows it.

were you trying to recover the password?
They have Microsoft SSL certificate so it looks legit. You can wait a week and if there isn't any news about hackers stealing Microsoft SSL, then you are fine to go. Or you could call Microsoft and make sure =)

actually i tried to contact Microsoft by email because of limit of time I could not find a contact email address Smile

if anyone plz provide some emails

I've tried to reset my password through that. + Doesn't looks like a suspecious Page....
