Well, I will give you information so you can help yourself. First, find what version of software they are using. After that, search exploit databases for vulnerabilities in that software (you can find a few databases on Google). When you find the vulnerability, test it, and exploit it. Really it is as simple as using Google, although others can certainly give you more specific instructions.
