And unless Oni registers a trademark for Hack Community, there is no trademark infringement. furthermore, despite his ownership of the domain, a trademark can be argued based on who actively used the name first. The owner of hackcommunity.rocks has owned and used the name HackCommunity via their facebook page for several years. They could probably effectively block Oni's trademark application on the grounds that he has been actively using that name far longer than Oni has owned the domain. But that would be up to the trademark office/court/whatever.
