Hello geeks,
i need your advise/help for one thing, when windows not loading, missing system file and etc how to boot to save documents before re-installing a windows? what program is possible to save my docs without lost them? please help me to do that. is possible do that by acronis? or tell me other ways. thanks.

You will need a Windows 7 DVD.
First boot via dvd, then click repair your computer.
Then you will get this screen:

Click on System image recovery. Don't worry we don't need any system image, this is to just show explorer so you can copy your files to your pendrive.

You will get this:


Click on load drivers. Now you will get a classic-explorer. You won't see copy-action dialogbox and such, but it will work. So copy your files, and do a clean install.

If this ^ doesn't work, Just take your hard disk drive and plug it into another computer to navigate into it and save what you need. Then reinstall windows quietly
