Just do this:

* Install a VM on your Linux physical machine.
* Install a Windows OS on the VM.
* Do NOT Install an AV, and If using Windows 8 or Windows 10, disable Real-Time protection In Windows Defender.
* Run your tools to your heart's content.

Problem solved with both compatibility Issues with Linux and false positive detections via the AV.

You can try Atom and/or Emacs.

Both are also compatible with other platforms.

good ! when I use nano sometimes right. some of the times it will not let me save my changes.

Try hitting Ctrl + O and see If It saves.
