Is it possible to extract the data from a barcode to plain text and make multiple barcodes with the same value?

Yes of course. All you need to do is scan the barcodes, then convert the plaintext back to barcodes.

You can also do it with your phone, tons of free apps what read and write barcodes, as well as all the other forms of visual encoding.
