got scammed by @zlan , contacted him on discord paid 65 euros with pp(friends and family) and after some days he blocked me on discord. tried also to mail on paypal email - no response.

I can confirm this
I received the vouch copy, but he was never able to se it for me (as the package was still on the way).
I didn't take a loss for this, but I don't understand why other people did orders when I never did a review
He blocked me on discord.
