I used to smoke it quite a lot when I was younger, but I guess I just grew out of it. I have no problem with it and see no reason why it should be illegal, after all it doesn't really hurt anyone any more than smoking or alcohol. As with most of the other replies here I don't think it's a good idea to drive while high though and that should carry similar punishments to drink driving.

Well personal view don't matter , for me its no.
But then there are a lot of humans who want to break the no and make it yes.
best example is Netherlands they legalized marijuana and now their people don't smoke it
as much as other people from different country. There are even interviews that the teens
say its bad although government legalized it we don't smoke. So in that regards I would say
legalize it who those want to smoke they will do but majority of people wont since its not
illegal since there is no excitement in smoking it.
