I couldn't get it to run in my WinXP VM.
So I have to ask: What is actually the purpose of the program? I don't quite get it.

Same here! What does it type.
All i can think of is that. You write a text in the textbox and when you hit the button then the text is being typed in the richtextbox slowly after a few miliseconds. If my idea is true then I don't think it is a tool which should be in the HC Tools section.

You add lines of text in the textbox.
Then, when you click the start button, it will automatically loop trough all the lines of text you added. With a interval you set in the numeric box.
I'll rebuild the program, maybe it was something on my end that causes it to not run.

If that doesn't work, check if you have .NET framework 4.5 installed. I'm sure you do, but just check it

TheEvilSocks Sorry for my late reply. Somehow I missed it entirely and only saw it now that Isaac made a submission.
Can you tell me a scenario where one would need your program, were it would be useful?
@
Isaac That's a nice submission. If you haven't done it already, post a thread on the forums. Give me the link to the thread and I move it to the HC Tools section.
