You Have to Win the Game [Review] #1
You Have to Win the Game is a great indie 8 bit game that has its roots in the beginning of games. Its really fun, trust me. Get it here (it's free): game

You have to win the game, is a game that grinds at your obsessive compulsive behavior. You always feel a need to explore more, get that next thing.

Reminded me of playing the original Metroid, or Mario, sparking that sense of wonder I had as a child to keep wondering "What's on the next panel?"

Also the game is hard, really hard at times, but it's like Ninja Gaiden-unlimited continues. So you gotta press on, your brain tells you this constanly.

Either way its free to play, it's hard but fair. It all depends on your skill/OCD/Masochistic nature.

If you like 8 bit, you'll like this.

I thought this would have been some type of spiritual successor to I Want To Be The Guy, darn.

Downloading it right now. Thanks for the share. I was looking for a fun pc game that would run on this laptop since in not at home.

Edit: Personally hate this game. The first part of the game is so boring. I'm pretty sure it gets better but I'm not going to risk it.

If you're sure it gets better, why would you be risking anything? I'd assume since you downloaded and started playing it, you might as well follow through with the rest of the game.

I didn't want to play it. It was not fun to me. Also it was a 3 min download. If the developer can't understand that the first part of the game is the most important I'm not going to play the game. Games are personal preferences. I'm risking me not liking the game and if I don't like it I'm not going to play it. Especially if the game is 8-bit the game play has to be good.

I'm just a bit confused when you say you'll risk liking it when you've already played it - and dislike it.

risk it not getting better. I'm saying I'm pretty sure it's going to get better but the beginning is so bad I'm not going to risk it.
