LOL sometimes i do this... and sometimes i even have like 1 foot on each side of my laptop haha

Gym class is not the same as going to the gym. The point of going to a gym would be to work on the muscles in your wrist. Simple exercise running around playing soccer will do nothing for your wrist. Thats not to say exercise wont have an effect, however id focus on your weak areas.

But id say the root of the cause is probably improper seating and handling at your work space. Personally I can, and often do spend up to 15 hours in a day on a laptop and i dont get any pain.

I would recommend you google ergonomic posturing and pay close attention to how your arms and hands are positioned. really your hands should be inline with the rest of your arm. if your arm is bent when using the mouse or typing you are going to get wrist pain rather quickly.

My hands are bent when I am using computer at home. You think that causes this?

Its definitely a major factor. Im not a doctor and obviously i cant examine you... but id say change your posture. get a higher or lower chair so that your upper arms are in line with your torso and you hands are in line with your lower arm at a 90 degree angle. it doesnt need to be perfect but give it an attempt. If you bend your hands/wrist you are essentially stretching tendons in a manner that while normal human capability, isnt meant to be in such a constant state especially if you are rotating the wrist constantly.

There are other potential causes as well... but id start with this cause it will make a long term difference. Dont expect it to start immediately as you may already have some damage and that will require time to heal, but it will never heal if you dont start sitting properly lol
