Alot of co-workers use this when designing: http://www.wacom.com/us/en/creative
It helps them not to get a 'mouse-arm'.

Also working out ( going to the gym) is something which you should do regularly.
I am starting GYM next month.
I am active cuz I have little brother so I need to look after him and stuff
I try to move my hand more often just not to keep it in one place but when I take mouse I feel the same.
The funny thing is that When I am at college doing my work I don't feel this discomfort its only when I get back home.

How does your workplace at home look like?
