I might catch heat for this, I might not, but Yu Yu Hakasho. I find the whole fight tourney genre pretty mind numbing, but this one just bored me particularly, and I like most anime from that era that I've seen enough to at least watch a couple seasons.

no, it's not a sports anime, it's just like some dudes with weapons made of spiritual power having to fight baddies one by one in arena style combat.

Ohh I see. It sounds interesting, but some fight scenes in anime can get extremely tedious. And if one fight is bad in a show, most of the other fight scenes follow xD

It's an older show. Used to air on Adult Swim. There were definitely some slower episodes.

Didn't adapted the manga ending and its really bad what have they done to ending
