To bulk up: I bulked up quick as fuck by eating food with alot of protein and starch in it (Ramen noodles, chips, etc.). I ate peanut butter, like a good ammount of it before each time I went and lifted. WIth in 6 months I went from 125 to 179 and was swole.... I then got out of jail, stopped doing my pull ups, sit ups, push ups, dips, and water bag and lost alot of it lol but shit I was HUGE when I get out it was crazy!!!
To Tone Up: Figure out a weight that you can curl, bench, squat, leg press, and do sit ups with that you can do like sets of 40+.... Do a pyrmad type system, like start with a set of 5, next set is 10, set after that is 15, next is 20, after that is 25, then 30 then 35, followed by 40... Then do the reverse like 40,35,30,25,20,15,10,5... By time you get back down to the smaller set again it will feel like you are lifting a fucking car lol (Note I said 40 cause it is an example, maybe start out with 5,10,15,20,15,,10,5 then work your way up)
