WoW Keybinding [Tutorial/Tips]
My Keybinds
This is my personal setup for keybinds, just so you can get a look at how they are set up.

Movement/Main Abilities
For my movement keys I feel that it is best, and most often done by pros, to re-bind your strafe keys from q and e to a and d. It gets rid of any chance of keyboard turning and frees up 2 keys right near your resting position to be re-bound.
A - Strafe Left
D - Strafe Right
W - Move Forward
Those are the 3 main keys you should be using. You should be using your mouse for the rest of the movement.
For your main damaing abilities that you will be spamming I like to place on 1-4, F, and E. These are these are the easiest keys to press with your middle, ring, and index fingers. You want to keep the main abilities on 1-4 and the abilities that proc on F and E.

Crowd Control/Defensive/Misc/CD's
My main crowd control spells/abilities are bound to 5, R, Shift + R, Alt + R. For every class I play I like to put stun on 5, and my spammable cc, like poly/clone/fear, on R, and focus poly/clone/fear on Shift + R. Other CC spells can be put on Alt + R or any other keybind you feel comfortable with. Other spells/abilities, like interrupt, I put on C, and focus interrupt on Shift + C.
For defensive spells I use the binds
Shift + X
Shift + V
Alt + 1
and most important abilities on Z.
Miscellaneous spells are put on anything remaining on your keyboard from 1-5, Q - T, A - G, and Z - B.
I put any form of movement spells, like shadowstep, heroic leap, blink, on Q.
I put PvP trinket/every man for himself on Shift + S for every role I play, as I feel It takes the shortest amount of time to press that from your resting position. The other main keybinds I use first are, V, Shift + E, Shift + 2, G, Shift + 2, T, Shift + R. For ever character I play I also put a focus mouseover macro on X.
For my Offensive CD's I bind all of the 1 Minute CD's in a macro, to Shift Q. Than any remaining 2/3/5 min CD's to Alt + Q.

Conclussion
Remember, keybinding is a huge part of becoming a better player, but there is no right or wrong way to keybind. Generally speaking, the way to keybind to have the ability to press your binds the fastest way possible is to keep all of your abilities bound to keys close to where you keep your hand resting, which is around the WASD keys. The way I showed you how I keybind isn't necessarily the best way, it's just the way I feel comfortable keybinding on multiple characters. Not every keybind is set in stone, as I tweak and change them around often for easier/faster finger movements. I hope this Tutorial helped you guys out and gave you an idea on how to keybind. Good luck and hope you guys enjoyed.
