Windows 10 is currently in a good running state but it just simply isn't ready for everyone to upgrade to it as it still contains bugs, glitches, and it is somewhat a train-wreck to people who care about their privacy/anonymity.

I personally am considering upgrading to it sometime within the next month if all goes according to plan - but if driver and software providers fail to update their products then I guess it'll be longer for me to upgrade.

I like it. Alot. But yeah, its not quite ready for the average user.

I agree with the average user part as it is still really buggy, everyday I just want to delete it and and install Linux or Windows 7 over it.
someone with no history is nothing but suspicious.

I detect a bit of ambiguity here.

It Is "too early to tell", or It Is "a flop?". I believe the latter Is what you're referring to.
