It depends on the DNS servers. The ones listed In the article ( IPv4 ) are OpenDNS.
I've testing countless servers, and the majority had no Impact on my browsing experience.

This can be used for other purposes. For example, some ISPs Issue a DNS block to prevent It's users from accessing certain websites.
It's a very poor preventative method. Using alternative DNS servers like this contribution, will circumvent It.
Is there a way that you can get around the DNS blocks from some ISP for websites ?

As mentioned and as with this contribution, simply add your own DNS servers.
Alternatively, when using a VPN, It's their DNS servers that take effect.
