Psychological problem perhaps? Environment also shapes their eating habits.

We don't do this because we are humans; we are not animals. This helps convince us we're different from animals.

Because if humans were to use humen flesh as food, then there would need to be a content supply of it & to get this, murder would need to be committed quite alot.

Humans are animals. Except we don't resort to cannibalism because we can grow food and control animals lower on the food chain. Also, morals come into play. Despite all this, I'm sure cannibalism exists in many places where any form of protein is scarce. Or they're just nuts.

I don't think in any way that there should be cannibalism. What if they are diseased?

This will happen sooner or later so don't worry, nature resolves the problems of overpopulation it happens with other species and it will also happen with us... I recommend you watching World War Z, it's based on overpopulation over all the zombie thing...
