I kinda disagree with this, a moderators sole job is to enfore rules, if he/she is liked in the process or not doesn't matter, if they don't like it they should quit or never had accepted it in the first place.

Maybe if you're a staff member on Broni.es, but in the real world, you can't be a staff member without people hating you.
