Why is Starfall on this list? She's inactive and wouldn't be fit to be mod IMO.

Moderation isn't chosen by hacking skill, it's chosen by the capibility of moderating a forum (the clue is in the name "moderator").

I kinda disagree with this, a moderators sole job is to enfore rules, if he/she is liked in the process or not doesn't matter, if they don't like it they should quit or never had accepted it in the first place.
