Anyway, I mostly write articles when I have some free time for revenue sharing site's like Info Barrel (Note: this is a referral link for if you are interested) Because my goal isn't really to learn a lot of money (yet). I simply write articles to enhance my English and writing skills. But I feel like learning CEO will be a good investment because that would mean I can earn a bit more (Honestly who doesn't like an extra penny). Few things to keep in mind in measuring if a keyword is good or bad:

1. Search Volume
2. Competitions
3. Seasonal or Not? (You can foresee if a keyword is going to have searches in the future) E.G keywords like Discount Halloween Costumes and Inspiring Christmas Cards for Sale. The searches is most likely going to increase during Halloween and Christmas, respectively.
4. Buying Term or Not? (If you are into Marketing)

Try searching for keywords with:

>500 Search Volume (Location Also Take Into Account) Places with small number of population, etc.
Low Competition.

I'm into SEO and main important things are keyword research with low competition and big amount of searches/month, webpage optimization, call to action, backlink building but not spaming as crazy like other do and make over 10000 links /day because google's gonna get your sitedown to the bottom.
