Nah it's not that bad unless your buying insanely priced rounds. I get 100 .22 rounds for $20 which comes out to the cost of a $500 gun at 2500 rounds which is not bad at all.

True, but as more people realize that about .22's, the scarcer it has become...at least in my area.

Personally I don´t like guns, not even for self-protect, I think guns cause more tragedies than they could prevent

I'm sorry, but your uneducated then. 99.99% of shootings are used with guns that are obtained illegally, and there are very few accidents that occur with legal ownership. They do more good than harm overall.

Well, got the 1 and only one I need in my house.
A Taurus PT 24/7 Pro .45 Cal ACP with 2 additional clips
and ammo.

I actually have two gun cabinets full. got a couple .308 hunting rifles (one which only takes military rounds) and the other is a savage. Four shotguns(Two of which are black powder) ones a regular ol' .12 gauge, the other is a 870. Also have an M1 Carbine (with fully automatic upgrade) and got a couple of .22's, .30-30, Snub nose .357, Ruger Red Hawk .44 Mag, .38 Super, .38 Special, .380 and currently working on getting a .45 Shield.

(My family also does our own reloading)

If I ever did own a weapon, I'd probably only want and need a single one, too.
