Programming hasn't really entertained me recently. But when I do, I use C++. You can use it for everything except networking. And it has aged very well.

Python, HTML, and Vue might be worth learning soon. They seem to be becoming more popular recently.

Thats wassup, I am interested in learning C# for game dev.
Python for sure on my list for learning machine learning.

To know Vue you'll have to know Javascript lol but I agree, I'd still say React is by far the most popular and probably will stay that way for the next year or so. But you never know I'll definitely checkout Vue tho eventually.

Python is pretty popular for machine learning and networking. And it's very good at those two things.

Forgot about that.. Vue is just a library for JavaScript.

I use PHP and the occasional JavaScript, but given I exploit on a daily basis, being proficient In SQL Is paramount- namely when querying and manipulating databases.

I can tell yall are all old heads since yall still use php, getting proficient in javascript should be super easy I would think if you come from PHP.

Thats so funny to me having to be proficient in SQL since you do exploit..

I fucking hate SQL its such a boring language to me, which I guess its mainly / only? used for database querying.

I only know the basics of SQL for querying databases, and inserting things into the DB.

Manipulating databases Is of the utmost Importance during exploitation. Whether I like It or not, Is Immaterial.

Just to name a few attack vectors- content-based/boolean-based to enumerate the database, sending payloads via Inferential SQLi, Union-based SQLi by manipulating SQL SELECT statements to return a HTTP response, and forcing DNS and HTTP requests to send data via Out-Of-Band SQLi, all require a high degree of competence In SQL.

Interesting, I'll make sure if I am ever working on my own back-end to keep those things in mind.

Obviously there will still be websites out there that are still very exploitable, but I mean.. like new current sites if they do decide to go full serverless.

I've currently been coding 40+hrs a week for about 5 months so. I've still got a lot to learn but I'd say I've learned a lot.

I learned GLua to make mods for GMod and am currently starting on learning python.

From a security standpoint, you need to Identify and patch every vulnerability. From a hacker's perspective, all you need Is one flaw and you're In.
