Windows 10 is definitely amazing, I do notice a substantial increase of performance.

Been using windows my whole life to keep it 100. I liked Linux when I was a young lad getting his computer gills wet but haven't really tried it in recent times. The few times I've watched and used OSX it seemed really straight foreward and streamlined + aeasthetics on god like levels but stll haven't owned a mac yet.
My vote goes to Win10
Runner up: Win7 for simplicity

I'm currently using windows for everything but I'm definitely going to use MacOS for school and sooner or later for work.

I use Arch i3 due to the customisable functionality it can do which is why I love it. I would recommend trying it and giving it a go.

LInux for sure has many great OS, Windows kind of builds and "improves" every time, so far windows 10 has run well. Apple is gorgeous and reliable as well. It falls down to personal preference and mine changes depending on what I'm working on.
