Aside from school or work, as I don't have a job and am in an all-male school with like 25 people. (yes, that is the size of the entire school)

Where else do you meet new people?

Your best bet is really any kind of event (especially those designed for networking). Conventions, concerts, meetups (e.g. city-wide guilds or fan groups), municipal celebrations (fireworks, parades (especially Pride, if you're into that kind of thing), etc), and even protests/demonstrations work. Essentially anywhere you're sure to find people with similar interests.

Kind of related, the concept of all-boys/all-girls schools seems really boring.

In my locality, clubs, pubs and taverns are popular places to hang out and Interact with others.

The city/town Is also a great place, particularly In populated shopping malls. There's never a shortage of people there.

Sometimes libraries, waiting in lines, concerts, parks, beaches, etc. Really isn't that difficult to strike up a conversation with someone and your odds of finding someone that you like (as a friend or romantically) are better if it's somewhere that is specific to an interest of yours.

Well you're going to have to get your ass back into the swing of things then. Start small and simple, watch how others play "offense" or "defense" in conversations. How do they introduce topics, what are they talking about, what excites them (how quick do they respond to certain topics) etc etc etc. Practice in social situations especially in diverse social situations will only make you stronger.

Oh and if you're serious about getting social then you NEED to act on it. Don't sit at home and bitch and moan about the stuff. You have to be proactive or you will lead a cave life where you will be miserable and alone.

I usually meet them when they ask for me to come over or when we plan to go to a restaurant together.

My friends and I don't really have a meet up spot we just meet wherever we are going lol

Play Pokemon Go, I kid you not if you find small herds of people playing they will just let you join, chitchat about the game, maybe meet a chick. The library suggestion is also good me and my cousin met some cute chicks one day at a local library, we were dressed in military garb so they wanted to party in the bathroom ;-) was a good day for me (cousin on the other hand knocked his up, 10th kid for the poor dumb bastard).

You'll meet people no matter where you go - whether it's work, social functions, or places of gathering. Maybe go to a convention or participate in events related to your interests?
