I'd say this Is one of the best out there: https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/

It doesn't keep logs, which obviously provides a better sense of security and anonymity.
This one Is pretty good too (free and no logs kept), but It's been offline for a little while: https://vpnium.com/
In the event It comes online and you wish to try It, you can read about It here: http://vpnium.software.informer.com/

I use ExpressVPN because I got it for free. I haven't tested any others out besides Overplay.net.

Well, I've used dissemble.me and I was quite happy of the speed and the fact it didn't log.

Note: I have a shitty internet connection. And it didn't really slow it down so yeah

I always use Mullvad.

At first I thought it was little bit sketchy and insecure perhaps that it didn't require an password, but only an account-ID, but after using it for about a few years now I really can't without.
Speeds are always good, last time I checked I got around 180 Mbp/s I guess, which is plenty enough for me.

Furthermore I think it's great that you can pay using BTC, and it's not that expensive I think.

For the most part i always use PureVPN since i tried it, at first it had a lot of connection problems but they sorted that out, and now just on a 2 year service plan. Good for what i need it for.

Like @zenith said, Mullvad is a good VPN. They don't keep logs and require no information to register an account. Also, you can pay with BTC or cash is you want to have no ties to your account. It's reliable and decently fast. I think it's one of the top VPNs out there. It's less than $5 bucks a month. Pretty good rates.

I've been having problems with the GUI lately though. I just use openvpn with the configuration files you can download for whatever device you please. Don't be surprised if you have problems with resolvconf too. It has been giving me issues for some reason, I just manually configure it. I use ParrotOS so you might not have the same problem with other distributions.
