In older games, i would go with GTA Vice City, such a classic!
In recent time, I would say Red Dead Redemption 2.

Hard to say my favourite game of them all, when I was younger weas heavily into pokemon and mario games, basically all nintendo games, but now get really bored with the newer ones, funnily enough playing fortnite with friends has been fun in the no build modes.
