What to do... 10-28-2016, 09:14 AM

So basically i want to buy a Bare-Metal VPS on ScaleWay. They offer really cool packages for nice deals. I've been thinking about the 3 euro package that comes with 4x ARM CPU Cores,2 GB of RAM and unlimited BW, but from what i understand from their FAQ page, they will charge you extra if you use your VPS for more than 500 hours a month. So a 3 euro package will cost my 6 euros basically. This isn't a lot, it's actually a really sweet deal , but i'm also spending 5 euros monthly for my iTunes subscription and i have my own servers at home.
Now here's the catch. I like iTunes, i like the quality they are offering on their music. I can host my own stuff on my own servers at home but i want to have some of the stuff moved on a different server because..reasons. I also have a gigabit connection for the servers that i pay 12 euros per month but that IP is also for my everyday use at home. At home i have a Raspberry Pi 2 where i host nginx and my bittorrent tracker that is pulling ~ 1.50 GB of traffic monthly and serving 21K peers and growing. I also have a actual server that has a Dual-Core CPU @ 3 GHZ with 6 MB of cache, 4 GB of DDR3 RAM that i don't really have any use for; i just update it from time to time and test some stuff on it. I've talked to my ISP and i got a response that i can buy another gigabit connection with a dedicated IP just for 5 euros per month so that could be a viable option if i decide not to go with a VPS.
IÂ think that i might be wasting money and that the decisions i made aren't really the best so i'm posting here to ask you guys what would you do in my case. Should i just stay with
