What do you exactly mean with this question? When you infected someone you can do whatever you want, with a Remote Administration Tool you can do everything that you can do with your own pc too with the infected PC.

I see. Well in order to use a RAT or any hacking tools. you need to have the understanding of how the tools work. Also, you need some skills in IT.
