Duno could be a possibility however I know it's the same people who did cowboy bebop so that was another crazy influence.

I finished servamp recently and it was meh. It had good ideas and animation, but the story was a bit boring Confused

Really is comparable to Bebop + Rick & Morty. If you're doing drugs recreationally (which I don't recommend), maybe consider watching Paprika.

I watched the Netflix movie Death Note and then started watching the manga series. It's pretty good. Although, the movie and series are very different.
