I see a lot of peoples reading to avoid having an aberrant nubber of screen time, but they are making it by a very questionnable way.
I do not want to seem like an elitist or so, but if you get off Netflix and YouTube, just to land on a really bad book promoting bad things, written like a child and learning you absolutely nothing, then what's the difference ? So you're doing it just because we told you "screens are bad" ?
When I think about reading, the books that come to my mind are philosophics, with a great storytelling, classics, and when you are finished with them, you are asking yourself "How can someone think about this story", because this will be so well written that you will remember it forever.

Maybe i am being a bit too elitistic but it seems like these peoples are missing the whole thing about books.

I have a kindle that I load pirated books on. Its nice. I usually read prose fiction, but informational books as well. Evolas works on philosophy are good.
