My favorite holiday is Autumn Festival, which is the Chinese holiday in late September. My family and I usually buy moon cake and it is one of my favorite foods. My second favorite holiday would be Christmas, but it is not about exchange presents and it is more about getting together as a family and spend some quality time together. What is one of your favorite holidays and why?

My favorite holiday is Christmas. Once the season comes around there is just that unexplainable feeling in the air. I like that I get to spend quality time with family and friends and we share with each other and the less fortunate. The Christmas holiday brings so much joy to so many and people have their dreams fulfilled.

Thanksgiving because I can enjoy a shit ton of food and relax with my family who I don't see often.

I'd have to say Christmas or my birthday. I have 2 sets of parents (4 parents total) and 5 sets of grandparents (10 total) and they love spoiling me... so...yeah.

My favorite is Christmas! I love Christmas and the way it makes me feel. I love seeing Christmas lights, decorations and Christmas events. I wish it snowed on Christmas, but Georgia does not get much of that until a last couple of weeks a ago. That was fun and interesting! Christmas is not about the gifts, even though I like getting them, but it's about being with the ones you love which I adore doing. My family don't really see each much except, my immediate family, but Christmas is when the whole family get together. We all gather at my grandparents house, with our gifts for each other and we just spend time together. Yes, there has been times where drama started, but we got past that! It don't seem like many people have the Christmas spirit anymore. Some say its because of the economy. No jobs, means no money to buy gifts. But again its not about the material things.

Christmas is the best holiday every year that comes around. It just brings out cheerful and merry times and the most important part of it is the reunion between families and friends for the ones that are blessed to have them. When it comes right down to the day, it's even better since you're either looking forward to opening presents and to the dinner party later on depending on what you do on Christmas Day itself. Christmas dinner is fun for me annually due to the great food and the jokes that everyone puts out, helping the event to be even more fun.
