What is a really good VPN?

I was just wondering where I can find myself a very secure VPN. Sorry for low quality thread, just had a question...

Hotspot shield or ProXPN work fine if you just want something free
Note they're not anonymous though, so it's really only good for bypassing filters.

I have really good experience with AnoNine. They're cheap, you can pay with PayPal and they don't keep logs.

Doesn't make a difference, though if it is paid, I'd prefer that it stay under the 15$ mark. I just need something that is anonymous.

Is that private, as in not accessible without invites or anything like that?
& How fast is it?

I haven't used any public or paytunnels in a while, but one I was very happy with a few years back was black shades VPN. Don't know if its still up tho.

Yeah, you need to invites, but the speeds are great.

They are, but they are slow as fuck now.
