The pictures could blend better (consider finding some with similar contrast/color schemes/backgrounds) and the font is pretty off. You shouldn't contrast the image too much with your typeface, so making the text more neutral is probably in your best interest. Also, lose the bevel and shadows. There's a 99.9% chance you really don't need them.

Probably try to add a texture and layer it on top of everything then set it to probably "Soft light" at maybe 70% - 50℅ opacity then maybe use the burn tool to darken some areas a bit. It's been awhile I've used Photoshop so I'm unsure if I remember the terms but nonetheless keep trying.

The blending is just fine, but you could use a nicer font. The current one looks basic!
