What do you prefer Laptop or Desktop?

Hello all,

the title says it all. Do you love using desktop or laptop? (you can only choose 1 and why)
In my personal experience, I would have to go with laptop. Just because it's portable and able to still do attacks.

What are your thoughts and preference.

Definitely a lappy, I love portability.

I cannot sit In the one place (using a desktop) for hours on end. At the time of this post, I'm lying In the comfort of my own bed. Try doing that with a desktop.

Well, you could try and do a wireless keyboard and mouse that's connected to your desktop so, you can move around the place not sitting in one spot.

I enjoy gaming and I definitely have to go for a desktop. Got a small mini-itx case that doesn't take up a whole lot of space, Haswell i7 with 16GB ram and a GTX 1070; laptops generally don't have enough power for me and I don't travel a lot. I do have a small laptop for doing small things during travel, however.

True, but I'll still require a tray to place them whilst lying In bed.

My laptop Is the tray.

Laptop for working/studying on the go. Don't game much but the games I have work fine on my current laptops so I'm good, no need for a desktop... yet...

A lot of my friends are under the Impression that a desktop Is a necessity when playing the latest games.

I'm not a gamer, but my laptop will chew any game I throw at It.

My laptop is from 2011 with a probably really old i7, 8 GB RAM and a trash mobile nVidia GPU. Tongue

Desktop pc for working but when i go somewhere else i need a laptop obv ^^ But then i just use it for videos and programming
