It looks good just a few nifty things I do not like that I can't put my finger on.
Also in my opinion having the image in your sig AND avatar is pretty crappy, also try cropping the image for your avatar so it doesn't look too squished.

use it as wallpaper, not as banner, the dimensions aren't good for that.

I changed it to this, saw how crap it looked, but now I can't change it back for some reason.
