Failover FTW! Use Enterprise grade or flash with OpenSource. Bond 2 forms of internet. Can both be ethernet based, you can use ethernet primary, USB modem secondary, or ethernet primary and WiFi as WAN secondary. Create failover policy with active ping. If ping fails more than 30 seconds, change over. If ping returns back to primary for longer than 1 minute, fail back to primary.
