The problem Is, you'll tend to rely on meds and can't sleep without them.
Natural remedies are always the best option.
I agree. Pills are good if I have to work the next morning or something, but it builds a tolerance

I've never had trouble sleeping myself, but for a lot of people turning down the brightness on your phone or disabling blue light in your monitor settings can help your brain calm down before going to sleep. Bright screens have been shown in many studies to cause trouble for a lot of people before trying to fall asleep. And it's especially prominent now with easy access to screens everywhere.

Interesting.
I didn't know that Seroquel has a sedative. I always thought It's used to treat manic depression/bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and neuropathic pain. The good thing about It (and unlike diazepam and particularly xanax), Is that It's not addictive.
Ive had a few friends who were prescribed seroquel. Its an antipyschotic but it also knocks you out cold.

Lavender pills worked for me.
I tried melatonin but it messed me up a bit and I would wake up really drowsy and I couldn't focus for at least an hour or two.
