Here's a question to talk about.
If it was Tuesday, August 18th; But you were referring to Tuesday August 25th.
Would you say.
A.) This Tuesday
B.) Next Tuesday
Now I know what you're thinking "Next Tuesday" but if it's Tuesday and you say "Next Tuesday" then the other person may not get that you're talking about the upcoming Tuesday, but the Tuesday after that. So why do people say "This Tuesday" or "Next Tuesday" at all?
What do you think?
