I love how people bitch about the lack of activity around here. Then bitch about people posting stuff. Can't win.

I went out to dinner last night at the pub up the road. was a nice time but ate too much. Today we spent a couple hours doing some updates to the electrical switches in our living room, replacing a shorted receptacle, and installing a thermostat for the furnace. I also started sealing a shelf I cut and stained a couple weeks ago, and roasted duck for dinner.

And, yeah I know just trying to maybe have some people have a laugh or two at what I did this weekend or discuss what happened this weekend for them. Didn't plan on people bitching saying I was just bragging about smoking, and fooling around.

Duck huh, I heard it's good but I'm not a big fan of dark meat.

It's pretty tasty. Definitely a lil greasy/fatty, but mmmmmm, yum, it's good.

I also heard Squirrel is good fried.

I've had Buffalo as well, uh. Weird tasting def different Buffalo burgers are weird.

Buffalo burgers rock. Venison is good too. I'm raising chickens and ducks here for eggs mainly. I had a few too many boy ducks though and they were fighting so I had to send a couple to freezer camp
