What are your thoughts on this season?

Since the fall season is coming to an end soon and the winter season will be starting soon I thought I would see what you guys thought of this season plus what you're looking forward next season. At the start of the Fall I wasn't expecting much because most of the shows weren't that promising and the it seemed that many of the plots seemed like the typical overused romance/action type. I had only planned on watching the second seasons to a few shows that I liked from before like Owari no Seraph, K, Testament of Sister New Devil, and Noragami. About halfway into the season I end up dropping Testament of Sister New Devil because I couldn't handle it anymore lol (If you watched it you would understand). Along with dropping some I also decided to pick up One Punch Man because I heard people were hyped about it before the season even started. Right now my favorite show of this season would have to be Owari no Seraph while the pacing may be shit I still enjoy the story a lot and I can't wait for this week's episode. Enough about me what are you guys thoughts on this Fall Season and what are you looking forward to next season?

I am looking forward to the winter season, there are some anime I think might be interesting. As for the fall season, it was decent. I enjoyed anime such as:
Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry
Gakusen Toshi Asterisk
Owari no Seraph: Nagoya Kessen-hen
Taimadou Gakuen 35 Shiken Shoutai

Hoping the winter season will keep my interest as long as this one did.

Its been utterly awful. There is nothing more to say, this season has either introduced god awful adaptions or ruined those that started out good.

I enjoyed some of them but they were nothing special or really were memorable. I hope next season will be a lot better, I agree with you there. The ending to a lot of them were just bad and ruined the whole show for me.

Not to mention the two shows that were the exact same as one another, same plot etc.

Though this season for manga was pretty good, and from what news I've gathered it will be as good next season with anime still dragging a bit behind until summer.

I don't know just looking at the spring season it seems pretty stacked as far as anime.

The thing is, anime is always dragging behind manga in terms of story. (As manga is released before.) Because of that, manga readers can have a fairly good guess of what the anime will give and so on. Hence, we can know if the anime will be lacking or not. (Such as if the upcoming anime arc was terrible in the manga because of the story, then it will be equally terrible in the anime, just with animations.) There are a few anime that are excluded from this rule though, like Tokyo Ghoul which is just a purely terrible anime and I have no hope that they can even portray RE; anywhere near as good as the manga has done so far.

Well this season was good for me since they captured my weakness of OP main characters, and so they really hit me there...

Although entirely I think this season was ok, it's just that some Animes were just straight up bad ( Hidan No Aria ).
