I just use fraps usually because it's simple and gets the job done.

Fraps usually and sometimes Camtasia. My camtasia acts a little weird sometimes though.

Camtasia hands down. Has more options compared to other programs. Only thing is you have to pay for it, it's worth it though. It's only 1 key forever.
